“Rather than a capsule hotel, this place feels more like a long-term workers’ dormitory. The hotel is not as clean or well-maintained as shown on the website. The toilet hygiene is poor, and there isn’t even a power socket to use a hair dryer. I’ve never stayed in such a bad hotel before.”

“The rooms and toilet were all shared. (Really couldn't believe why toilets are shared) Some uncles are topless and walk around the hotel. There were many Bangladesh people or Nepal people that were nice around but I am still quite afraid as the dorm room doesn't seem to lock and the door of the guesthouse is open all the time. The location is quite ideal and nice though.”

“It's a shame, how dare you charge such a price knowing that your hotel is so dirty, nothing had been cleaned. The cushion on my bed was moldy. The bed itself smelled so bad , the common areas were not maintained and cleaned, the toilets and showers smelled moldy. The photos on Booking and Google are fake, they do not reflect the reality of things in any way. You are all, except worthy of running a hotel in Singapore, this country so clean, so orderly and so beautiful. I advise all travelers not to stay in this hotel for your well-being, your health and your hygiene.”

“The worst 3 nights of my life. Don't make the same mistake I didn't read the reviews before booking. Where do I even begin? You walk in and the first thing that hits you is an unbearable stench—stale air, like it's never been ventilated, mixed with feet and death. I felt like throwing up during the night. People leave all their belongings scattered around, spreading their smells everywhere. I had to sleep with a face mask on. They ask for a $50 cash deposit. They assigned me a bed and I left. When I came back in the evening, I found someone else sleeping in my bed and my belongings were gone. That person told me the staff had taken them (even though reception was closed at night). I found another empty bed and laid down, but within an hour I was woken up by someone yelling at me that it was his bed. I politely asked him to calm down since I was in the same situation, and I moved again to a different bed. I couldn’t sleep anymore. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t get any rest without earplugs or AirPods. The photos on the booking site are completely misleading—it’s nothing like that! The place is old, dirty, dark. While using the bathroom, water from the neighboring shower stall would flood the floor and soak your feet. There is absolutely nothing positive about this place, I swear. I’ve been traveling and living in hostels for months, and this one deserves to be shut down. Do not book it, please. It’s disgusting, and I just hope I didn’t catch some kind of disease.”
